For the filling:


  1. Mix the dough ingredients until obtaining a uniform consistency and color.
  2. Divide into four sections,
  3. Work with rolling out each,
  4. Cut the dough in 4 inch circles.
  5. In a saucepan, fry all the ingredients with a bit of butter.
  6. Place the filling in the center of each circle and fold, forming half circles.
  7. Fold the edges inward and seal with a fork.
  8. Fry in abundant oil or bake.
