Council of Initiates:
Council
of Initiates will be made up of members of the Wiccan Clergy of the First, Second
and Third Degrees and of Elders within the Craft chosen by the High Priestess
or High Priest of the Coven or Ritual Circle, as having studied and proved their
wisdom and knowledge, thusly bringing Clergy and the Wiccan People together!
Dedicants, Active:
An
active dedicant shall be defined, as any celebrant who is actively studying
within Coven or Ritual Circle, for Initiation within the Path, and\or the Circle,
and\or the Craft, as approved by the Council of Initiates.
Dedicants, Inactive:
An inactive dedicant
shall be defined as any celebrant who, due to illness, relocation, or family
difficulties, is unable to actively study within Coven or Ritual Circle for
Initiation within the Path, and\or the Circle, and\or the Craft! Consideration
should be made as to time bridged between periods of study by the Council of
Initiates.
Degrees of Initiation:

'Appointments of Rank': A system defined by the Laws and Traditions of the Wiccan
Clergy, established to preserve the true teachings and knowledge of the craft
through competent teachers for the facilitation and referred to herein as 'the
Traditions.' Tradition means a way of celebrating the God and Goddess through
the use of structured 'teachings, tenets, principles, and redes,' particular
to a 'family, group, or people,' passed down through the years, evolving to
suit the needs of the people within, and recognized by the Wiccan Clergy as
a tradition of the Wiccan People.
Wiccan Clergy:
'The
Clerical Body of Initiates of the Wiccan People' are the Councils and Clergy
of the Wiccan People, who choose to bring life, instead of death oriented principles,
who are the spirit and heart of the Wicca, beating with the pulse of life, for
our homes, and our peoples! For the teaching of the Craft and the survival of
the Wiccan Religion, to flourish, joined together in strength, establishing
and maintaining the knowledge of the Old Ways and bringing them forward into
the present!
Wiccan People:
The
People are as those of old - 'Pagan in their Ways,' made up of many Nations,
and many Traditions, yet who are all born of the mother goddess and know that
they are the 'Hidden Children of the Lord and the Lady.' They are of the earth,
respecting and worshipping the 'Gods,' using the craft to bring forth magick
into the world!
