Our love is still as strong as it was at the Beginning!
Handfasted in 1993 2002 Gathering
I am Jesse (a Third Degree Priest of Wicca and known by my craft name as Elkin Vanaeon), and 'the Lady with me is Cera' (a Third Degree Wiccan Priestess and my beloved life partner)! I have spent over thirty-five years studying and teaching the history and structure of mankind, religion, and the craft. CeraI and I were originally members of TUUC Circle (Tampa Unitarian Universalist Circle), Roots & Wings Coven, and members of the Pagan Allied Network.
We have spent seventeen years as members of the coven-stead of the family of Dragonwood in Zephyrhills, Florida (since 1994), providing love and care as priest and priestess, and wish them only love and respect on parting with them. On August the 14th, 2011, Cera and I left Dragonwood.as it became necessary for us to leave in order to have separation and restore balance and healing so that we could grow in new ways.
I honor those people important in my life who were the teachers, mentors, and friends whom I have learned from in the Craft. I'm sorry but I can't give out the complete names of anyone, due to privacy, unless they have declared themselves publicly, - or are deceased. They are - Lady Dian Firebearer (Dian) and Rowan (Jim), Lady Dreaming Owl (Susan), Dian (She who is Warrior and Bard), Kate, Lord Sylvanus (- deceased, Ron Parshley), Lady Artha (Ardeith) and Fred, Dee (beloved of Diana and keeper of the sacred flame), Amanda, Richard, Oz (Norman) and the many whom we have worked with in the Circles,
Festivals, and Gatherings (of rituals of Initiations, Wiccanings, Manhood, Womanhood and Warrior Rites) of our past Communities at Dragonwood and TUUC. My work is especially dedicated to all Pagan Peoples who have been reclaiming their cultures, languages, and beliefs from the devastation of the past, for it is through their efforts that the world is still becoming a more diverse and interesting place to live. It is especially dedicated to my beloved wife and children whom I have left these writings as part of my heritage.
I put my Web Site together in such a way as to give those interested in the Craft a better understanding of Wicca and the history of Paganism. I have found the Internet full of those expressing themselves as pagans but lacking in detail on the subject, I pooled together what resources I could find, looked them over, put aside what I had found and rewrote from scratch! This material is, I am told by more than a few, is a bit deep - so please e-mail me if you have any problems understanding it. I have written what I felt was necessary and relevant to the Laws, Principles, Terms, and Structure of the Craft, as I know and feel them, so that they will provide the best long range benefit to the craft in order for it to grow and remain a stable religion!
I have posted articles about the Proto-Celtic people as well as the Kurgans, Sarmation, and Indo-European nomads. They were the pagan nomadic "People of the Mounds, " whose past lives and traditions have just recently been uncovered by archeological expeditions in the steppes of Siberia [Russian area previously closed due to political boundaries], and other areas as far west as Austria! I want it to be clearly understood that I do not condone pilfering or disturbing the sanctity of burial sites - now, or from ancient times! Yet - these people only passed down their ways of life orally, and the only records of their traditions were buried with them! The tribal traditions in methods of burial, of priestesses and warrior priestesses, tattoos, symbols of beliefs, and other artifacts buried with them - correspond with many features of the later celtic culture of which we are familiar with!

I have also posted several books such as:
I've spent years writing and compiling the information for the books, articles, and material on my web-sites. I encourage people to copy, read, and learn from my work!!!
You can spend a fortune on books and materials on pagan references and still not find what you are really looking for, the truth is there are a lot of diverse assortments of references on Paganism and Wicca. That's where I come in - as a priest of Wicca ... I see this as one of my responsibilities to help people understand the many aspects of Paganism and of Wicca as a religion and its history. Teaching the history of the Craft means helping with the "what, where, when and how" of historical resources and references dealing with the civilizations and cultures from thousands of sources. It's history is rich and found among the many pagan religions and cultures that exist both today and in the past. It is seen in literature and in art, heard in music, and felt in the heart. Pagan History is about people, and places, and constantly growing - we're here to stay and we aren't going to disappear or go away!

Elkin
