Orange-Raisin Sauce



  1. Combine orange juice, raisins and cloves in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8 to 10 min.
  3. In small bowl. combine cornstarch, water, mustard and salt, blending well.
  4. Slowly stir into orange juice mixture. Cook - stirring 3 to 5 min. longer or until thickened.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl.
  6. Float an orange slice on top and garnish with mint sprig.
