Orange-Raisin Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 8 to 10 whole
cloves
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style
mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Orange slice
- Mint sprig
Method:
- Combine orange juice, raisins and cloves in saucepan.
- Bring
to a boil over high heat, reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8 to 10
min.
- In small bowl. combine cornstarch, water, mustard and salt, blending
well.
- Slowly stir into orange juice mixture. Cook - stirring 3 to 5 min.
longer or until thickened.
- Transfer to serving bowl.
- Float an orange
slice on top and garnish with mint sprig.
