Teisen Fel Honey Cake



  1. Seive together flour cinnamon and bicarbonate of soda.
  2. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Separate egg yolk from white and beat egg yolk into sugar and butter, then add honey gradually
  4. Whisk the egg white into a stiff froth and fold into mixture.
  5. Half fill small patty tins with the mixture; dredge the top of ach with castor sugar. Bake in hot oven for 20 min.
  6. When ready sprinkle a little more sugar
