APPLE PIE & STREUSEL TOPPING
PIE:
- 9" pie crust
- 6 c. apples
- 3/4
c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- Dash salt
STREUSEL TOPPING:
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown
sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
Method:
- Mix pie ingredients together. Pour into pie shell.
- In small bowl combine all ingredients for streusel topping until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over pie.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Cover top with foil last
25 minutes of baking time.
