Apple or Eve's Pudding (Pwdin Afal or Awdin Efa)
- 2 ozs. plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 oz. sugar
- 1/2 to 3/4 pint milk
- 1-1/2 ozs. butter
- stewed apples-Vanilla
- Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and add the milk a
little at a time.
- Simmer slowly to make a smooth sauce.
- Pour into a bowl and
add the sugar, vanilla to taste, and the egg yolks.
- Fold in stiffy
beaten egg whites.
- Grease a pie dish, and cover the bottom with a layer of stewed
- Pour the mixture over them and bake for three-quarters of an hour.
