Seaweed Kuih Seaweed Cake
This is an very interesting local kuih.( Kuih is like a
western cake but usually has a sticky texture, often steamed not baked, &
normally doesn't use butter at all.) i don't think seaweed is common in the
local kuih recipes but this one does stand out. it's something really
different. i remember someone was looking for idea of a japanese party few days
back, maybe this one could be a twist for the usual green tea ice cream or
mochi? (since there is seaweed.
