Redman's Cornbread

Native American dish from the Creek from Georgia; served at fish fries!



  1. Mix cornmeal, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
  2. Add juice from the canned tomatoes; squish the tomatoes through your fingers into the bowl.
  3. Add chopped onions.
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Drop by the teaspoon into the hot oil and fry until golden brown
