Quick Icing Recipe

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together until smooth.
  2. Adjust the consistency as necessary with more sugar or liquid. It may be piped onto baked goods if a thick batch is made.
  3. Color as desired. Store in an airtight container. Keeps in the refrigerator as long as 1 month, or 4 days at room temperature.
  4. Cook's Note: This glaze is ideal for icing fresh sweet rolls, pound cakes, cookies, gingerbread, etc.
