Honey Date Nut Bread

Makes 3 round loaves

Combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in large mixing bowl; set aside. Beat buttermilk, honey, vegetable oil and egg until well blended; stir into dry ingredients. Fold in dates and nuts. Pour into greased 16-ounce round tins*. Bake at 350° F 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 3 round loaves. *Empty 16-ounce cans may be used.
