Cranberry Wheat Germ Bread

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Stir in the cranberry halves, pecans, wheat germ and orange peel.
  3. Combine egg, orange juice, water and oil.
  4. Add to flour mixture; stir just enough to moisten ingredients.
  5. Spoon into greased loaf pan, 9"x31/2"x5".
  6. Bake at 350º F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
  7. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.
