Corn Spoon Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 regular 8 ounce box Jiffy cornbread mix (quick cheat)
- 1 large 15 ounce can creamed corn
- 1 large 15 1/2 ounce can whole
kernel corn (drained)
- 2 eggs
(slightly beaten)
- 1 cup sour
cream
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a casserole dish
- Stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
- Pour into casserole and bake
at 350 for 35 to 45 mins until golden brown on top.
Chopped green peppers can be added for Spice!
