Homemade Thundai (Spiced Milk)

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Soak the almonds and pistachios in warm water till their skins peel off.
  2. Grind them into a paste with the rest of the spices.
  3. Add cold water to the paste and mix well.
  4. Strain through a damp muslin cloth.
  5. Add the milk and sugar.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serve garnished with rose petals.
