Green Bubble Tea

Ingredients:

Method

Cook tapioca pearls according to package directions and soak in 1 tbspn. honey or sugar syrup for a few minutes

  1. Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour water over green tea. Steep for 3 minutes.
  3. Strain tea. Add ginger slices to tea. Dissolve sugar in tea. Chill.
  4. Remove ginger slices from tea.
  5. Place as many tapioca pearls as you like in the bottom of each glass.
  6. Put tea into blender with some cracked ice (about six cubes) Blend until smooth.
  7. Pour into glasses.
  8. Insert fat straws and enjoy!
  9. Makes 2 bubble teas.
