Cappuccino Frost
Ingredients Serves Six:
- 2 1/4
cups strong coffee
- 1 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/3 cup firmly packed light
brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 3
tablespoons bourbon
Directions:
- Combine first 4 ingredients; freeze in ice trays.
- Process frozen mixture with remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.
